We are able to act on behalf of persons undertaking works which are notifiable under the Party Wall etc, Act 1996, or for owners of properties adjoining such works which may be affected by such works.
 
Contact us to discuss your statutory requirements under the Act if you are undertaking notifiable works, or if you think such works are planned or being undertaken in proximity to your property and you have not been notified.
 
We are also happy to be nominated by the building owners surveyor to act for adjoining owners who refuse or neglect to appoint a surveyor to act for them.
